This tour starts and ends in Kigali Rwanda. The tour starts with a city tour of Kigali where by you will visit different genocide sites and conclude with Kigali genocide museum. After the city tour,you will transfer to volcanoes national park.

Two days gorilla trekking itinerary

Day1: Kigali city tour and Transfer to volcanoes national park

Morning after breakfast, you will be picked by our professional English speaking driver guide for the city tour of Kigali. You will visit different genocide as time can allow sites like Nyamata genocide site, Ntarama genocide site, the former presidential palace, the Belgians peace keepers murder site and the Kigali genocide museum. Have a lunch break and then transfer to volcanoes national park. Overnight Davinci lodge, Gorilla Solution

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking and Transfer back to Kigali

Morning after breakfast, with your packed lunch and enough drinking water, you assemble at the park office for briefing and then after divided into different groups of 8 people each for your ultimate gorilla tracking experience. The work can take between 3 – 8 hour depending on how far or near the gorillas are and also the physical fitness of the members. After encountering the gorillas you will watch them for one hour before you return to the starting point for debriefing and award of certificates of those who have successfully tracked the gorillas. There after you will transfer back to Kigali for your overnight or flight
